Earth Hour 60 is over... What's Next?

We sat in the dark (actually we used a rechargeable lantern for light), told stories and played in the "dark" for an hour last night, well my son didn't make it the full hour as his usual bedtime is 8 pm... one family of many around the world that chose to make the symbolic statement representing their voice in the worldwide call for positive action on climate change.

Now What????

If it ended at 9:30 pm last night for you, I implore you to consider all your actions moving forward.  I am a strongly believe that if we all are more aware of the ramifications of our "choices" and choose to make "better" choices, we, collectively, can make a HUGE difference.

What do you think?

What changes can you make on a daily business to reduce the damage your choices are making on our mother earth?

There are so many "little" things we can do, each and every day to help Save Our Planet.  And every one of them really is so simple and easy to do.  Over the last forty or fifty years, we have all developed so many very "BAD" (for our planet) habits.

Can we move from the age of "CONSUMERISM" to the age of "CONSERVATIONISM"?  It all starts as a choice each and every one of us has to make... and then making that "choice" our habit!!!

I will try to post thoughts and ideas every week of simple ways in which we can make a HUGE difference by making "small" changes in our choices and our behaviour.

Join the many people around the World that are making a difference.

As a priest once said so poignantly in a homily I listened to thirty years ago...

"If you are not part of the SOLUTION, you ARE part of the PROBLEM!!!"
