One of the oldest agricultural fairs in Ontario kicks off festivities this evening at 7:30 pm in the Beeton Arena as the Beeton and District Agricultural Society holds its 154th Beeton Fall Fair this Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday September 17, 18, and 19th.

The theme for this years fair is "the barns". Barns not only house livestock and act as a storage facility for a wide variety of harvested crops, but also represent the gathering place where farmers celebrate the harvest. Have you ever been to a "barn dance"?
